French designer Jacquemus introduces his first foray into furniture design with a vibrant and playful collection in collaboration with Italian company Exteta, featuring re-edited outdoor pieces and a curated capsule collection of Objets inspired by the tranquility of the Mediterranean.

Jacquemus, known for his vibrant celebration of Provençal living, has ventured into furniture design with a collaboration with Italian company Exteta. As part of his debut interior design efforts, Jacquemus has re-edited the iconic Gae Aulenti’s Locus Solus outdoor furniture originally designed in 1964.

The collection includes sun loungers and chairs featuring a sunny striped fabric in off-white and yellow tones, reflecting Jacquemus’ playful design aesthetic inspired by the tranquility of the Mediterranean.

In addition to the furniture line, Jacquemus has also created a capsule collection titled Objets, in collaboration with Jacquemus Le Raphia collection, featuring household items such as vases, plates, trays, key rings, and hair pins with floral motifs, all in earth tones and soft leather. The collection also includes a curated selection of photographs and books that inspired the collection, including rare portraits of Pablo Picasso and vintage books from renowned artists like David Hockney and Claude Nori.

The collection is exclusively available on Jacquemus’ website and at its store on Avenue Montaigne in Paris.
